I am a US citizen living in St. Kitts in the Caribbean. I have a close friend here who, as a young person, committed a felony (theft) and is now denied entry to the US. I am looking for anyone who can advise us on whether it is truly impossible for him to get a visa or if there are any procedures that might be open to him. He has turned his life around and is even asked by the government here to speak to young people in schools about living a good life and staying out of trouble. It’s a remarkable story. Unfortunately, the Embassy says it wouldn’t support an application from him regardless of how he's changed. Any advice you can give would be appreciated. If your organization doesn’t do this sort of thing, would you know of any other resource who might advise us.
Thank you.
Thank you.
