Regarding I-134

Sir,

My sponsor in USA had sent me I-134 and all relevent documents in May,2007. I want to apply for visitor visa in Feb,2008. Is I-134 stiil valid at the time of applying and interview? How long is I-134 acceptable ot Visa Interviewing authorities? Or do I need to ask for fresh one?

Please giude me.
