Sponsoring many people

I just have 1 simple question.....Before I go ahead and start all of this....Can a co sponsor, sponsor 2 people around the same time? For example is he able to co sponser for a friend of a friend aswell as co sponsor for my fiance? If so is there any for or anything stating this?

As long as he can show that he has enough money, he can sponsor as many people as he wants.
