Visitor Visa Status

Hi,

I was in USA on my B1 B2 Visa on Jun29 2004. On Nov29,2004 My company in USA made petition for my Non-Immigrant Worker I129. It was denied on Oct 18,2005 with an option of appeal with form I-290B. I left USA and went back to my residence country on Jan17,2006. My B1B2 Visa are still valid till July2009.

Can I Visit USA once for temporary period within the validity of my visa given at airport ?

I have letter of denial of my Work visa with me. Will I be allowed to visit USA?

Please guide in this case and oblige.

Yes, you can generally visit on visitors visa.

However, it really depends upon the reason for your work visa denial such as any fraud, **** documents.

The reason for denial of was,
It was 1 year old firm and investment amount was low. The record does not establish all of the eligibility requirements.
