Respected Sir ,
my mother has filed petition for my immigrant visa under F3 catagory - for USA ,
now i wanted to travel USA with my family (husband + son + mother in law ) for a family function in July 07 , my question is
(1) can we apply for non immigrant visa B2(visitor's Visa ) , as our immigrant petition is already filed ( in Aug 2002 )
(2) If we can apply for B2 Visitors Visa , my son is 5 yr. old in visa application form who can sign on his behalf ?
(3) will it delayed processing time of our immigrant petition which is filed under F3 catagory as mentioned in point 1 above ?
