Hi,

My mother-in-law holds a 10 yr multiple entry visa. She stayed in the US for 4 months immediately after she got the visa and went back. Is there any length of time she needs to stay in India before she comes back to US again? Somebody said that she cannot return before 6 months have elapsed before the previous visit? Is this true? Please inform me about this issue. We wanted her to be back 1 month after she went back to India? Is that legally allowed?
