Hi!
I am resident of US for last 8 years and also a green card holder. In India I belong to Uttar Pradesh. In last 7 years nobody has visited us because of visa issue.
My mother’s visa has been rejected 3 times .She is a very busy person. She owns and runs a senior secondary school in India so there is no reason for her to stay. She just want to visit us for once and the only time she can come here is during the summer vacation in India. Each time the consular told that she has no intent to come back.
Is there any way to get her a visa? Can we submit any kind of bond in case she doesn’t return (if consulate thinks that is the case).Can we challenge the decision legally?
