To who it may concern
I have met a lady in Fushun, China. We have filed I-129 & G-325. uscis approved us and the National Visa center sent to GUANGZHOU, China the end of October 2007.
Just received news today her interview is February 21st, 2008
Questions....
1 October 28th-2007 I was laid of work, I am getting unemployment amount of 351.00 minus 105.00 for child support for a total of 246.0 every week. How will this effect us as on I-134 form it asks for employment history and verification. Please help me with this as I don’t know what to do.
2 On I-134 form:
Question #8 do I answer this as N/A
Question #9 do I have to put her name in there
Question #10 I have to put her name in again
I am really worried about my work status right now and how it will effect us. Any help you could give us would be more then greatly appreciated.
