HI Immihelp,
My aunt on her first visit to US in 2006 applied for extension and she satyed for 20+ days more than specified date on the visa as she was waiting for the approval of her extension. And this is normal and legal. Her stay extension request was not approved and she left immediately in last week of Jan 07. She came back to US in March 07 and while entering at the port of entry she was told by the person checking the papers that after this visit she cannot come to us for 3 years. So she left in August 07. Now she is comming back to us in last week of Jan for some family urgency. Will she be stopped at the port of entry or will she be allowed to come into US.
