Can I apply for visitor visa to my wife's aunt

Hi All,

Can someone help me with my question please.I am on H1.
I want to invite my wife's aunt to US for 6 months.
Can I sponser her?
What are the chances?
Will they entertain such cases?
I want send aunt to consulate along with my in-laws for visitor visa.Are there any chances of my In-Laws visa getting rejected if we send papers to all of them together??
If I send papers to aunt seperately will she get a visa?Or if I combine her with my In-Laws will it be better?Please suggest me .

You need to understand that everyone is able to apply for their own visa. You are not applying for her visa, she would be applying for her visa and you would be her sponsor in the event of medical expenses, etc.

But nobody can predict the chances based solely on the relationship that links the two of you.

The alien applying for the visa must show strong ties to his/home country. And overcome the assumption that their intent is to immigrate to the USA.
