B2 visitor visa for my parents

My mom n dad refused first time in nov. at that time they have my uncle's(not real uncle) sponsor now they try again on 29 feb. again on this same sponsor.
when my parents were rejected at that time i have no visa and right now i have F1 visa n i m in usa.So my question is that what does they answer when VO asking them like"Why r u want to go in the USA?" meas can they say to meet my son n my brother or to visit beautiful places of USA with them .
pls give me suggestions for this answer.

there is no need to "invent" something. what is the purpose of their trip to the USA? then say that... it will go a lot easier without them having to "make up" some answers.
