DS 156 help

Hi anyone,

On form DS 156, question 37 asks if any of the following people are in the US or of they have US legal Permanent residence. It mentions brother/sister and I am wondering if this includes Brother in law as well?

No. Only the relatives mentioned there. (people that could potentially sponsor your for a green card).
