I am interested in sponsoring my Mom to visit the USA for a month. I have a F-1 status meaning that I am a student. If I fill all the other requirements that is needed for sponsorship, does my status make any difference? Can I sponsor her with my status being a student? On the information that I got from the website the I-134 form did not have that option.
