US Visa from UK

Resepcted Sir/Madam,

I am indian citizen but from last couple of year i reside to uk on hsmp visa. I want to go usa for just roam.I need to get the tourist visa for that but is i need to get from the india or is it fine that i will get from the uk only. If I am applying from the india for that tourist visa then which document i do need for the visa.
