Travelling to Germany! please HELP!!!!

I would appreciate your help in aswering a question.

Am a mexican citizen and plan to visit Germany the following week, on my return I will be making a stop in USA before catching next flight, I hold a valid passport and valid 10 yr visa, my question is; last time I was in the USA they told me to return in 6 months. This time on my return from Germany I will be a passenger in transit but not staying, is that Ok?

Please advice me on the matter, let me know if am not clear.

Either way, I doubt there will be a problem if you can show your ticket departing the USA and going back to Mexico.

Hey thanks so much for taking the time to reply to my question, I appreciate it a lot!. My last time in the USA was Jan 2008 and I stayed for 3 days, and yes I have a proof of my tickets that I went back to Mexico. I have never over stayed my i-94 either. Is that ok?

You are not "coming back" to the USA, you are in "transit" to another country, so you should be fine. Just do not extend your stay in the USA for longer than a few hours, however long it takes to catch your flight.
