B1/B2 visa

I am an Indian passport holder. See I ll be applying for a B1/B2 visa from the US embassy ,UAE. Can I use this issued visa to travel to
US directly from India,not UAE?

Reason why I am applying from UAE is because my mother
works there.I am also on a visit visa to UAE.
