    Hi!

I'm from South Africa. I've received a B1/B2 visa end November 2007 (Multiple entry, valid 6 months)

I visited friends in the US in January/February for almost 2 weeks. I would like to visit them again in April for a friends birthday. This time i want to stay for at least 3 weeks. My visa expires at the end of May 2008, would it be a problem if I visited and wanted to return so close to the expiry date of my visa?

Also, would they question the fact that I'm visiting so soon after my last visit?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Since your stays were short (less than 1 month), there is no problem with you visiting soon between one stay and the other...

You are allowed to go to the USA and apply for entry for as long as the visa is valid, which means, you can go on the last day your visa is valid, and be granted a 6 month stay. You can stay in the USA that time even if the visa has expired... what matters after you are granted is not the visa, is the i-94 time stamp you are given what says how long you can stay, not the visa.
