My husband is considering going Las Vegas in order to see Joe Calzaghe fighting Bernard Hopkins.
There is a sticking point in that when he was a young man he was involved in a few run ins with the police. With this in mind he is not sure if he will be allowed to enter the county.
The convictions are listed below:
Speeding 3 points standard fine - 2006
Drink Driving - 10+ years ago
Affray - 20+ years ago
Threatening Behaviour - 20+ years ago
I was hoping you would be able to advise us on if you think, because of the time lapse, there shouldn't be a problem or if you think he may not be allowed to enter the county.
I fully understand that any response from you would only be advice.
