Question about sponsor documents and visa interview Qn

1. I would like to know how the sponsor documents should be sent to India.
Would scanned copies work or I should send origianl documents by courier service?
2. I have 3 sibilings. 2 are in India and elder brother is on Green card in USA. Can there be a question like - Why your son is not sponsering? If yes, what should be the answer. In my case honest answer is - there is no particular reason for that. Pls help me with this.

Please mention who your are sponsoring and what is your visa status in US?
Also, remember ,more important than sponsorhip are the applicants' ties to India.
