Sponsor of Visitor's visa from India

Hi,
My Sister( applied for green card) and her husband ( citizen) are in US. I am indian resident wishing to send my parents to visit my sis. Can I sponsor them to US without involving my sis. What shall be the procedure for the same.
Kindly Guide for the documents to be prepared

Sponsorship for a visitor visa basically has two parts; invitation letter and affidavit of financial support(I-134). In your case, the latter could be optional if the parents can show good income/funds in India. In that case, your sis should only send an invitation letter. It will also have better chances of success because financial independence in India shows that the applicant is less likely to stay permanently in US.

In your case please provide the following info for correct advice;
*Are the parents employed?
* What is their annual income from all sources?
* What is their net worth roughly (including property value, all savings).
* How many children do they have in India? How many married and how many
single?
*Have they ever travelled to a foreign land before?
*What is your annual income in INdia? Are you married? ANy kids?
