Who should sponsor?

What are the best chances of getting visa, can I ask my parents to self sponsor or should I sponsor?
(My father is a businessman and mother housewife. My husband is on H1 visa and myself on H4 visa. Father is having an ongoing business since last 35 years and he is 64 years old and has an unmarried daughter.My father has also travelled for business reasons once to Singapore, Taiwan, Hongkong, etc for a short trip before 20 years.) Please suggest where the chances are brighter.

Self-sponsorship is always the best way to go. It shows the intending visitor has enough means to pay for the trip and it shows financial ties to home country.
