increased application fee

Hi,

As per teh VFS website the MRV fee has increased from $100 to $131..therefore anyone appearing for hte interview after Jan 31, 2008 shd bring a demand draft for the difference of $31.

My question is...to whom should the draft be made out to ...and also, do we need to carry the draft along with us to the interview or submit it while submitting documents at a VFS location for interviews in Mumbai.

Do we need to carry the demand draft at the consulate at the time of the interview or it needs to be paid while submitting the docs at the VFS center? That information is not stated on the link you gave me.
