name mistake in passport

Hi There,
please give me reply asap..
My mom got visa in 2005 for 10 years. Now we are planning to invite her to usa.
in her passport name was[/B][/B][/B]"prabhavathi" like this, but in visa they have printed "prabhavati".
how can we rectify this mistake.

As it has been 2-3 years since visa was issued, you may be asked to apply all over again.

how can it possible to send her for visa stamping again. I got tickets for her to usa in april with the passport name not in the visa name.
please any body help me?
