I need tips from the seniors on what are the best statements to make while proving the ties to India.
My parents got rejected in July 2007.
they are attempting again in March 08.
Case- Father retired, mother Govt employee and working
Both sons working in USA
Grandmother , 78 in India lives with my parents
Property in India- two apartments
i want my parents to be in USA for about 6 weeks ( 3 weeks at each son's place)
Any tips appreciated.
