  • Parent in law's visitor visa

    Hi,

I want to invite my parent-in laws to usa on visitor visa. They have 3 sons and a daughter(married to me). 1 son is working in usa and 2 other are involved in family business in India.

One of their son in India also wants to come with them, so, is it advisable to take appointment of 3(father in law, mother in law and 1 of their son) of them together or should we take appointment for their son seperately.

which scenario has more chances of visa getting approved.

Does taking appointment of my brother in law with my parent in laws hurts the chances of getting visa for my parent in laws.

    Thanks

Nobody can predict such things., but in most cases is best when nuclear families apply together...

is the son, older than 21?

Then he should apply by himself, as he is no longer dependent on them.
