Visitor visa for parents and parent-in-laws

Hi,
Myself and my wife both arrivedin USA in Feb-07. I hold H1-B since than. My wife got H1-B in Nov 2007 and she has been working since than.
we are planning to apply for visitor visa for both of our parents at the same time. Is it risky or we should give time for 2-3 months between both the applications? How should financial supporting documents work? Means is it ok if we have $15K in each of ours account?

I dont think there is any risk factor here. Have heard of cases where in-laws and parents have had visa appointments in a week's difference.

15K in each account sounds more than sufficient.

Also each one of you can sponsor each case, that way both you and your wife can be a petitioner each for per family.
