  • VERY URGENT: Reg adress on I-94 for B2 Visa

    Hello,
My parents got 10 yr B2 visa from chennai consulate. I sponsored for their B2visa, gave my address in covering letter, I-134, and on DS-156,DS-157. She is however going to spend most of her time with my sister and her husband who are staying in same state (different city) as mine, will spend probably some time with me. What I am not clear about is the address she needs to mention on I-94. Should she be mentioning my sisters address or my address? If she has to mention my sisters address (as she is going to stay there for most of time), is it OK as there will be discrepancy between DS156 and I94? I see that in AR11, visitor is also mentioned so I assume this is relavant.
    Thanks

Just have them put your address, since it is you who sent the invitation letter and all of that.

AR-11 has nothing to do with them.

I do not think there is a need to worry as both the addresses are family
and any correspondence from USCIS would be noticed. The main concern of the USCIS is that they should know where all aliens are and any mail from them should not be returned .

They can complete the I 94 with your address even if they will spend some time with other family members.
Most parents spend time with several relatives, they do not need to send an AR 11 everytime.

Thanks for pointing out. Yes in the arrival record against s.no 12, you have to fill in the address while in United States.(Number and Street)
