sponsering B2 while I-129 is pending

I am sponsering visitor visa my in-laws. Recently I started working for new employer based on receipt number.I-129 is still pending.

Is it a good idead sponser the visitor visa now? If yes, do I need to provide employment verification letter from both employers?
