  • Mother's visa rejected twice

    Hi,
My mother's visa got rejected two times so far. The reason was because she
is a widow and both her children, me and my sister live in US. But, now my
sister has moved to India recently. I was wondering how to prove that my
sister lives in India now. She is not working. But her husband is working in
India. How to prove that my sister has returned to the visa officer.

I thought if I show some kind of evidence that my sister lives in India, she
can atleast show a tie that her daughter is there and she will come back.
But don't know what kind of evidence to show.

It would be really great if you could share your thoughts and opinions about
    this.

How was the daughter in the USA? with what kind of visa?

What about showing property in India? income from her husband? etc.

Thanks for your kind reply. My sister was in a H-4 visa while her husband was in H-1B. Do you think, I can show any other docs saying that she is now settled in India and not in US?
