visitors visa for my parents

my parents are applying for a visitors visa....... they r coming in on their own (we are not sponsoring them), they are coming here to help me with my second delivery (first on e was in India) and also to visit some relatives...... :-

1. what are the documents that they need from us?
2. what can we do to help them?

I am totally lost and confused my due date us 14th of april. my parent just got their passports.....................are their reasons that their visa will be rejected...

what should they mention in reason of visit?

Whatever the situation ...

... do not use the reason of delivery help as the main cause of requesting for visa. If so, they're more prone to be rejected than not.
