ECNR in passport !

Hi All,
I have a question regarding the emmigration check not required stamping in the passport.

My parents got US visa and i dont know if they have to get the ECNR stamping in the passport office?
If so please let me know the procedure. Thanks a lot.

... United States or Europe. So they're okay.
