Dads interview.Moms got visa.Question

My parents visitor visa got rejected in Nov last year saying that they don't have enough ties back in India as I am their only child.
For the second time my Mom went alone for the visa interview and got the visa. She is in US now.
My dad has got the interview next week.
My question is what should my dad be saying about my mom
Can he say that she is in US and in that case can he get visa and what I should fill question 9 on I-134 which says

9. I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s). If none, state none.

please help

Attempting to bring them both at the same time will make it very hard for him to receive a visa.

As far as answering the question on the form. IF you send an I-134 for your mom, then put yes.
