Who should sponsor?

Hi

Wanted to know whether I can sponsor visa for my wife's sister and her family. I've been in the US for last 4 years on H1. Also let me know if it
would increase there chances if they self sponsor themselves.

Either you can sponsor them or they can sponsor themselves. If they can do it themselves, it is better.
