Daughter on L2 visa returning from India with Grand Parents on B2

Hello,

My daughter is on L2 visa and in India currently. She will be returning to US in May with my Parents (her Grand Parents). My parents are coming on visit (B2) visa. Do they need to carry any special documents to support my daughter.

I heard that I need to get an NOC from Indian Embassy here and send it to them so that they can carry it while travelling.

Anyone who know any detail, Please throw some light.
