how to take appointment

Hi, i am planning to bring my parents to US,the problem is that my dad understands english well but has slight hearing problem and my mom cannot speak or understand english well,but she understands hindi well, so how do i take visa appointment for them, separately or only one of them can reply to all the questions. In simple words should i take appointment in english or hindi or i need 2 separate appointments, please help really confused here.

You should take together appointment.

If your dad can manage with his limited hearing, take English. Otherwise, take Hindi and your mom can handle the interview.
