    how long to wait after visit

    Hi

    My Parents will be visiting USA in april on Visitor Visa which has 10 Yr Multiple entry.

    How long after they go back to india after their USA visit can they again come to usa ?

    2 Cases,

    1. they stay here with me for 6 months
    2. they stay with me for 2 months

    when can they come again from India ?

    1.- I would wait MINIMUN another 6 months... preferably 1 year.
    2.- I would wait 4 months.

    A visitor should not spend more than 6 months, in any 12 month window, in the USA.
