need help regarding parents visitors visa.

Hi all
US embassy have denied my parents visa on 5th march.I took the apointment online.Now I have question regarding papers we have submitted.Do we need to submit all the papers like affedivet of income and sponcers letter invitation letter etc.. please help me we r going to reapply this month only.
