Hi,
I have a very important doubt that I want to be cleared. I came to US in F1 visa and I am now in H1B after my Masters. I went to India only once when I was in F1 visa and I did not go to India anytime after that. I have got my extension for H1B recently and I don't have my H1 visa stamped on my passport as I did not go out of US yet after getting H1.
Now I want to bring my parents here for a visit. Will my H1B approval notice be just enough if I want to sponsor their trip or is a H1B visa stamp on passport an essential requirement.
Please let me know ASAP and I am thankful for your answer in advance.
