How frequent one can travel on Business Visa, (frequent=genuine business trips).

No limit set by law.
But you must be able to explain at entry that your visit is indeed genuine.

Also, keep in mind that no "visitor" should spend more time in the USA than in his home country in a 12 month window.

If you keep your visits short... let's say 1 month. I would say you can visit the USA every 2 months.
