I Am Planning To Call My Parents To Visit Me This Summer And I Have Some Imp Questions
1. I Want To Sponsor My Father & Mother Together.
2. My Mother Had Been To Usa 2 Times Before
3. My Dad Had Been To Usa 1 Time
4. My Mother First Time Got 6 Months Visa From Culcutta Consulate & 3 Months Second Time.
5 My Dad Got 6 Months First Time.
6. They Were Denied When They Went To Interview Together, Then They Went Seprate And Got Visa.
7. I Am Out Of My 6 Year Of Hi Visa And I Have 485 Receipt And 3 Year Ext For My Hi.
8. I Have My Spouse And My Minor Child Who Are Dependent On Me.
9. My Gross Income Is $58000 And I Have More Then $10000 Bal In My A/c.
10. I Had Recentely Purchased House At $230000. My Monthly Payment With Taxes Is $1400.i Have Bought $450000 Life Insurance For Me And My Spouse.
So Please Suggest Me If I Apply For My Parents Together What Are The Chances I Had Also Received Ead For Myself And My Spouse. Your Suggestion Will Direct Me To Take My Next Move. Thank You For Reply A Head.

Since they have visited before and returned on time, they have an increased chance of getting another visa even if they apply together. The visa officer trusted them when he issued limited visas; they proved he did not make a mistake. Update the paperwork to show current information. All they can do is try. I would guess that they will be successful and have a wonderful visit in your new house.
