  • Visitor Visa: Sponsoring parents and single brother

Any help on these issues is greatly appreciated:

    1. What does section 10:"Submitted visa petition to USCIS on behalf of" imply on the I-134 form?

2.I wish to sponsor my parents visit sometime soon. Also,i want to sponsor my younger brother ( single, just graduated from B-school in india) and joining a Tier1 firm in india commencing from April. Is it wise to submit one I-134 for all three or file seperately for my younger brother? What supporting docs would my brother need? All three wish to apply for visa sometime in April.

    2. My father retired last year and my mother is a central government employee. The NOC for my mother might take a while, so any recommendations on alternate docs that can be used supporting her employment?

    3. I am on L1(B) and my wife is working on EAD(L2) here.I also wish to call my in-laws soon. Do i wait for my parents visa to be approved first and then file for them? If not, then in their case do i need to mention details of my parents in I-134 as people for whom i have previously submitted affadavit of support?

    Thanks

    1. If you have submitted their green card petitions, write yes, otherwise no.

    2. Separate I-134 for each person. Read https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/visitor for complete details.

    2. I don't think NOC is required.

    3. You can do in any order. In the first I-134, you don't write that you have submitted previous I-134. But in subsequent I-134, you have to write that you have previously submitted I-134.

      Thanks for your help.
Can you please confirm which documents would my brother(single) need for his visa interview?
Is a significant monthly paycheck good enough or major property documents and rental income are also considered as reasons good enough for strong ties to one's homeland?
