  • Item#2 on I-134: Residence date in the US

    Hi,

I have a couple of queries. Would really appreciate if someone could answer them.

I arrived in the US in 2006, but went to India for a 3 week home visit in 2007.
What should be my date of Residence in the US?

Also, I am on F1 visa with only a decent amount of money in bank account. How should I fill out Item#11 (Expenses of the visitor)? Should I still write that I will be able to take care of all the expenses?

    1. Since 2006.
    2. Write yes if you are able to really take care of their expenses. Otherwise, you can't.
