B2 Visa For parents

I am here on H1b. I am planning to apply B2 Visa for my parents. My father has retired from a govt job last year but my mother is still working as a Govt employee. I am confused to whom i should consider as primary Applicant. Please suggest me or refer me to the existed Thread in this forum.

Another quick question is that if i cosider any of them as a primary applicant than how would be the Affidavit look alike which my parents has to submit to the consulate regarding committed to come back to india.

Whoever is the primary applicant, things would remain the same for both of them as far as application is concerned and it does not make any difference at all. Prove ties and convince VO of non-immigrant intent.

One quick question there will be one common I-134 for both of them or i have to send indvidually for both of them.
