well if the circumstances have not changed, then the end result will probably be the same. Have you considered applying for only one of them?

Yes, I am sorry to say, the chances are slim.
The reason being lack of family and financial ties to India.

Low income in India and both children in US are two big negatives.
And due to their ages, the officer will think they would like to live where their kids are.

You could try with just your mother applying for a short stay, but chances are not encouraging.

How long for both of you children to become a US citizen?
Or is any of you married to a US citizen? There could be a way out.

There is no such thing as visa granted on those grounds. There is an Humanitarian Parole, but I highly doubt they qualify for that.

but then what are the basis to give visa under above mentioned category?how the vo will know that no knew documents are submitted this time? do they compare it with those of previous attempt? the investigation is done before the interview? as in 2 3 mins i dont think its possible and thanks for the reply

You'd be surprised to find out how much research a VO can do before an interview and how they keep track of all documents and answers said in each interview.

i highly appriciate the interest which praetorianXI u are taking in my problem and really im greatfull for such good response and that means the case of each applicant is studied before interview i thought it depends on the mood of vo they just accept the visa randomly but then what do u suggest shall i take another chance and try my luck or wait till there is some change in circumstaces.
