Visitor visa- insurance

Even though this is not visa issue but I assume my queries will be answered because this is related to immigration.

My parents will be coming to USA, IL from India , Father - 66 and mother 61.

I do not know if I should go for insurance from USA or let them take from India. Duration is 3 months. Some Indian company asks for 10000.00 INR/3 months/person

I found some websites here who provide visitor insurance at 115$/person/3months

Can some one guide me and refer to any good insurance company site which could help me buy them an insurance. Father is a diabetic patient.

I will be thankful if people share personal experiences , regarding insurance on visitors.
