How many times can i fill-up DS-156?

Hi,

I just wanted to check from this forum if there's a limit of how many times I can fill-up DS-156 online and generate the barcodes subsequently? My parents are so paranoid about it. Because i had a mistake so i have to redo it, and they were scared that the VO can track and compare the changes. They are convinced that the information we are putting is recorded into a database so they will already think that you are lying when in fact you're not.

I myself got confused too. Please advise.

Some mistakes can be corrected at the consulate. Could you be more specific about the fields in error so someone can advise you if it is one that falls into that category.

In item#37. I forgot to strike the NO box. I only filled up the son/daughter portion so when it printed out, it's blank for the rest of the relatives. i was told we should be specific on that portion too.
