  • visa for usmle step2 cs rejected twice

    hi all,i applied for visitor visa in chennai for usmle step2 cs.first rejected in feb and again applied in march and got rejected.first time i made a mistake by showing an interview letter from a hospital in usa.the vo told me that i will work after my interview and wont come back.second time i wrote in my app. that i want to go only to take step2 cs.he asked my future plans and i told that i want to residency in us and then come back to serve here.but he rejected.my cs exam is in june.i still have not completed my mbbs and my course ends by august 2008. i am thinking of applying in may month again.can i argue that as i have not completed my mbbs,i have to come back to finish my remaining course.will he accept?can i apply in may?what else i can do to increase my chances?plz. reply..

    Show a clear cut plan in INdia after your residency.
    Examples;

    1. Purchased clinic site for private practice.
    2. A tentative letter from a hospital preferably reputed , offering to hire you as a consultant after you return.
    3. Show large assets in India in your name.

      best thing is to tell them that you have to come back to finish your course, and no one in US can hire you without having finished the medical school.In my opinion it can be the only convincing answer.

        for as long as the statement is true, it is valid.
