first of all i would like to thank u all for the replies of my previous post im on h1b visa and want to call my parents mom's age is 67 and dad's age is 74 together their pension is 6000 and do not own any property moreover both the kids are in us this will be their second attempt within a year can luck factor work in such case? what are the chances ?what can we show as their plus points?they have got bank accounts with balance of around 2 lakh rs.does anyone got the visa inspite of having above mention case.do reply me
