I am Pakistani passport holder and myfamily lived in Abu Dhabbi.I came to usa on b1/b2 visa in 2006 and got married to US citizen here. I already have my sister US citizen, My brother H1 visa and uncles here in Us.I just recieved my green card on 15th march. Now my brother wants to apply for US visit visa b1/b2 from Dubai. My brother is Pakistani passport holder, having government job as a physician there, my parents are in Dubai too and are sponsored UAE residence visa through my brother. My brother applied for US visit visa from Abu Dhabbi in 1998 and got rejected as he was studying medicine in Pakistan, so Embassy eople told him that he has no strong ties to AbuDhabbi then . My question is that:

If my brother applies for visa ,besides mentioning my sister and my brother ,does he has to mention about me also.
If yes, then they will ask him how his sister got green card, if he tell them that I changed my status here, then he may get rejected.
Do you think they will have my name i thier comp as green card holder. what if he just mentions about my sister n brother n uncles.Would they find out abt me ?
Please help as he really wnts to visit.He has never been to States.
Also my Dad has applied visa before and always got it, but he never mentioned about me being in US. D you think they would dig out from my dads file that I went to US on visit visa n reject my brother n dad for not telling.
Please advice what shud be mentioned at embassy in dubai.

Answer the truth. Always. When asked, whether in an immigration form or personally by an immigration officer.

He has to include your information in that visa petition. Of all of his family in the USA. Period.

His chances are not going to be affected all that much, because you can not sponsor him for a GC immediately. So do not worry that much and stop thinking about lying. He could get banned from EVER coming to the USA.

Thankyou for your advice...but i have one more qestion;
Do the immigration Officer have my new green card information in his data, and if he doesnot mention my name , would they find out that he has sister with my name.
If he mentions my name, what are the chances they would reject him, as he is single n they might thnk that he may change his status too.

It is USCIS/Immigration, they have all of the information. They know, they do background searches... seriously, drop the idea. You do not want to risk this.

His chances are based on his own merit. Not on what you have done.

He would lie in order to increase his change of getting a visa!

He is a doctor! Immoral plan! Stupid idea!

I hope the VO is smart enough to figure out how far he would go to get into the US and deny his visa! Just because you father did not get caught in a lie does not make it right.

If he is caught in a lie, it can mean a permanent ban.

The advises wont work here. The OP and family look like potential immigrants. Entering US on B visas and adjusting status seems like their most preferred modus operandi. And now they are getting desperate when another family member was refused B visa.

To OP: Quit playing games with US immigration. They will get you one day, and that day might be near.
