Visitor Visa for my mother, I am on H1 and only child

Hi Friends,

My mothers Visa got rejected. I am the only son and my wife and I are in US on H1 and H4. My mother has no strong evidences or properties to show so that she will return. Though she doesnt want to stay here. She just want to be here to assist my pregnant wife. Please suggest how should we file Visa again to ensure it is granted.

Is she living alone or does your dad there with her? If yes, what does he do and what is his income?
Is your mom a housewife/ retired/ working?

Never mention pregnancy. They do not give visas for pregnancy /delivery/

If she has ...

... mentioned to the VO that the purpose of the visit is to help your wife during pregnancy and delivery, then that is the primary reason for the denial.

By the way, I am very sorry to say this, but a woman is always most comfortable with her own mother and not the mother-in-law.
